01. Contact & Consultation
Reach out to us via phone, email, or our contact form to discuss your specific needs and ideas. Our team is ready to assist you with any questions and provide initial guidance. We'll discuss your organization's brand, preferences, and any specific requirements for the custom items you are interested in.
02. Estimate
Once you have selected the items you would like to move forward with, we will provide you with a custom estimate. This estimate includes the wholesale pricing, MOQ per item and MSRP for each item. Once the estimate is accepted, we will provide you with an invoice at which time a 50% deposit it due to proceed with the design process.
03. Custom Design Process
Based on your input, our team will create a design proposal with detailed options and mock-ups for your review. This step ensures that the final products align perfectly with your expectations. Once you're satisfied, give us your approval, and we'll proceed with production.
04. Production and Delivery
Our skilled team will craft your custom items with the highest quality materials and attention to detail. We'll keep you updated on the progress and ensure timely delivery to your location. Once your items ship the remaining balance of your invoice plus the cost of shipping is due.
05. Enjoy and Share
